Our Extrusion press has a tunnel-type heating oven, which uses natural gas as fuel for heating, it has a temperature control in each of the heating zones, which allows maintaining a uniform temperature of the billet that enters the process of extrusion, thus allowing a consistent extrusion pressure and speed to be handled, this directly influences the homogeneity of the bar, the bar is placed on a cooling table, where it is cut to length.
Finally, through the cold drawing equipment that we have, we ensure the length and physical properties agreed upon with clients or in accordance with applicable standards.
